Do you have Banquet rooms?
Dragonfish® has two banquet rooms.The Olympic Room can seat 4 rounds of 8 per table. If you select a buffet mean, then the capacity is reduced by one table. The Cascade Room can seat 6 rounds of 8 per table. A buffet does reduce the seating by one table of 8. Each room has a bar counter and large windows with adjustable lighting.

How many people can you accomodate?
The two banquet rooms together can accomodate a total of approximately 100 people.

Are catering menus available?

Do you give tours of the catering areas?
The Dragonfish® staff would be happy to give you a tour of our available areas and the amenities that they can provide. Contact us to schedule a time to take a tour.

Are the catering menus pre-set, or can you make adjustments?
Our goal at Dragonfish® is to help you plan a truly unique event. With this in mind, we look forward to working with you do form tailored courses just for your event. Pre-set menus are also available.

Do you have a variety of linen color?
Dragonfish® uses standard linen of white tablecloths and black napkins. However, we can provide special order colors.

Do you provide catering at other locations?
Dragonfish® caters exclusively within the restaurant and Paramount Hotel.
